Website Access Acknowledgement
As a client of Peregrine Investment Advisors, LLC (“Peregrine”), by selecting the “I Agree” link below, I elect to participate in the password-protected access portion of Peregrine’s Internet website. In doing so, I understand and acknowledge that:
- I will leave Peregrine's website and will enter the Black Diamond® Wealth Platform ("Black Diamond") website. Black Diamond is an unaffiliated, third-party provider of secure, web-based portfolio performance reporting. Black Diamond has an agreement with Peregrine under which it provides services related to Peregrine's client accounts, subject to confidentiality provisions.
- My participation will allow me to review certain investment-related information published by Peregrine and Black Diamond.
- The password-protected section is a secure website intended only to allow a client access to information relative to his/her/its specific account.
- I will be assigned an individual password. I agree not to share my password with any other person. I hereby release and hold Peregrine harmless from any adverse consequences relative to any failure by me to keep the identity of my password secure.
- This password-protected access is made available to clients of Peregrine free of charge.
- This acknowledgement shall continue until canceled in writing.
