To the extent that any client elects to participate in the password-protected access portion of Peregrine’s Internet website, the client acknowledges and understands that his/her/its participation will allow him/her/it to review certain investment-related information published by Peregrine and unaffiliated third parties. This password-protected access is made available to clients of Peregrine free of charge. This acknowledgement shall continue until canceled in writing.
The client understands that the password-protected section is a secure website intended only to allow a client access to information relative to his/her/its specific account. The client also understands that he/she/it will be assigned an individual password. The client agrees not to share his/her/its password with any other person.
The client agrees, as a condition precedent to his/her/its access to the password-protected access portion of Peregrine’s Internet website, to release and hold harmless Peregrine, its officers, directors, owners, employees and agents from any adverse consequences relative to any failure by the client to keep the identity of his/her/its password secure.
